Punk chibi

I know, I've been doing alot of chibis reasently. I guess it's because for me, chibis are easy to draw. I dicided to do something punk, cause it's fun to draw. She's just a random doodle that I did in school. I know, the out line is a little crappy, aw well, I hate doing outlines anyway. Not quite sure why.
